Experiencing grief can be difficult for everyone. It can be especially difficult when everyone goes through their own unique process in their own unique way.

Knowing that, even in those difficult times when you can’t be there 100% for your children, due to your own grief, there is emotional support & love available to them whenever they need it.

The “Our Special Place” range of CDs for adults and children are designed to provide a proactive approach to grief. This gentle and safe program allows the stages of grief to be experienced as the different feelings arise.

The CDs consist of guided visualisations with background music, so they are appropriate for children as young as 3 years of age.

The “Our Special Place” CD series were designed by Celia Kakoschke. As a Clinical Hypnotherapist, a significant portion of Celia’s adult clients present with issues relating to loss and grief, usually dating back to events that occurred in childhood. Celia realised that, by creating a proactive healing approach, she would be able to assist many children and adults to go through their loss and grief, experiencing all of the stages of their grief, without the need to hold onto issues. This may result in healthier and happier people, who are able to go through their lives, with its ups and downs, easier and hopefully with less internal turmoil.
